We had never traveled Internationally before and with 3 kids it felt overwhelming. We knew we wanted to book an all inclusive Caribbean vacation but the amount of options were overwhelming. We’d never worked with a travel agent before but we talked to a few before settling on working with Karen. Karen answered all our questions and took everything we were looking for into account when showing us option. We felt like she really heard us and understood exactly what we were looking for! It was so nice to have someone look at flights and worry about all the little details like transfers from the airport etc. Karen kept us updated about any flight changes (even though it was minor), gave us an overview of the resort before we arrived and we knew she was readily available to answer any questions or problems we encountered ( which were none bc she planned everything so expertly). We will not hesitate to use Karen again in the future, you can rest assured she will take care of all the details so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation!
