Karen was great from start to finish with helping us plan our trip to St Lucia. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, helped keep us organized, and booked a perfect excursion for us. We stayed at Sandals Halcyon and loved the relaxed, island feel there. It was easy to visit the other Sandals resorts as well and experience the amenities they had to offer. The food was excellent, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the facilities were top notch. Our Piton sunset snorkel trip was great and had the added bonus of turning into a dolphin watch. We would definitely visit a Sandals resort again and use Karen for the process!
